- Friday: 10 a.m.–5 p.m.
- Saturday: 10 a.m.–5 p.m.
- Sunday: Closed to the public
- Monday: Closed to the public; open exclusively for UC Davis classes by appointment**
- Tuesday: Closed to the public; open exclusively for UC Davis classes by appointment
**As of Sept. 29, 2025, the museum's public days are now Wednesday–Saturday.

The Manetti Shrem Museum is closed on the following university holidays except Friday, November 28 (the day after Thanksgiving).
