Art created to recognize African American Women heroes in the fight for voting rights and female victims of police brutality was part of an art walk in October 2020.

Home has taken on a new meaning during this time of shelter in place. There is an increased importance on finding solace in your current surroundings. We asked our museum staff to send us photos of their “comfy place,” giving us a glimpse into one another’s homes (and pets!) and a shared sense of comfort through connection.
